One of my favorites in Breckenridge! We enjoyed happy hour at the bar until restaurant opened for dinner. Very good house wine. Plus the nice bartender was also a Ga. girl! I had a super great steak that was cooked to perfection and hubby enjoyed...More

A friend gave us a gift certificate to try this place out. It wasn't the best choice for small kids but the food was outstanding. Much better for couples.

Wonderful fare at the Briar Rose in Breckenridge Colorado. I had the Elk Medallions and wife had small filet. Sides of Brussels sprouts and whipped potatoes. Both excellent seasoning and presentation. Wait staff always at the ready, with refills of water and bread. Nice atmosphere....More

I ate in the less formal bar area behind the main restaurant as I was eating alone. Great atmosphere and service - exceptional food. A touch pricey relative to the neighbouring restaurants but very tasty food and a really good menu.

My wife and I went here to have a nice steak dinner and this place did not disappoint. Has a bit of a "supper club" feel, which we like. The food was done well and the portions were generous.

It's a steakhouse. Get the steak. A bit pretentious but there's no denying the delight of a perfectly cooked sirloin (or whatever). Bring your wallet and make your reservation early in the day. Grab a window table early especially if you have a larger group.

The location was originally a bunk house for miners! Though it suffered fire damage, the building exudes history abbr charm. Serving delicacies such as elk, tomahawk ribeye and buffalo short ribs. The Brussels sprouts are amazing! And petite filet was charred to perfection. Fish options...More
