Lots of fun, great range of fondue and racklets. Good wine list, wonderfully friendly Italian host and worth a family meal. Kids loved dipping in the fondu and it is warm and cosy inside. Worth a look

My wife and I wanted to try fondue in this Swiss Restaurant after a long day of skiing. The first impression when we walked in was the cozy feel of a Swiss chalet. Our server recommended us to share a cheese fondue and a beef tips fondue. We followed his advice and we were in heaven. The beef was really... More

Wow did my husband who has been to Switzerland many times love this place! He says the food is authentic, even if owned by and Italian! We had a delightful time with great service too. Charming and fun! It's not cheap, but the quality is there!

Claudio got us seated quickly where our wonderful server took care of us. The food and drinks came out quickly and we ate more than we expected for the low priced menu. We were able to take our time at the table and never once felt rushed. Thanks for a great evening.

I must echo the recent comments of other diners that the prices charged are exorbitant considering the amount of food you get. As just one example: a side of apple chunks (to dip in the cheese fondue) cost $7 and I'm sure that was only one apple in that $7 portion. The prices for the cheese, beef, and mixed seafood... More

After spending 10 years in Europe, I really craved good fondue and the least I can say is that I had a blast at the Swiss Haven. I was really impressed by the quality of their food especially the cheese which is outstanding! We had great service from the beginning to the end of our dinner. We will definitely come... More

When you go out in a tourist town at Christmas you expect to pay more. What you don't expect is 40 per person for very little cheese. We loved the service that christelle provided and that was it. 80 for just two people to eat plain cheese is just nonsense when you can walk across to the flip side and... More

We walked into what looked like a warm and cozy acres ski joint and left feeling cold and mugged by high prices, cold soup and no way to order raclette for less that $179. Yep, you read right. With so many comfort food options in town, there is no reason to be uncomfortable.

We were a party of 21 and they kicked us out 2 hours into our dinner! Never had this happen, ever! The service was good but the food was horrible! Boiled meat and cheese for $40 something a plate?? Would never come back again!

We were a group of 21 people, and the service was awful. As soon as we got to the restaurant, we were informed that we had to leave by a certain time. Right off the bat, we were set up to be rushed. Given the amount of people we were, we had a pretty big check, but that did not... More
