We recently had supper here when staying nearby. It is not too far down a bumpy road and is a really cute place. On arrival we were greeted with an “hola”, but couldn’t figure out who was talking to us. I finally found a parrot up in a tree who likes to talk, very cute! Our meal was very good and I loved my strawberry milkshake. Service and prices were also great. When we were done our meal our nice lady cook/server brought us some complimentary rice pudding which was delicious!

Family run restaurant that is part of small hotel complex with cabinas and lovely gardens. A stones throw from Tenorio national park. Tasty food - I had the shrimp rice which was well flavoured. Others chose Mexican style burritos and quesadillas

Me and my wife found it by accident when looking for dinner. It’s was a real surprise, it’s situated on a dirt road not far from the main road.
We ordered Fajitas de Pollo, really tasteful and good quality. Same for the banana shake and the flan we had.
The menu had different interesting choices with meat, shrimps, rice, fries and vegetables.
The waiter was very friendly and polite. A good place to have dinner after all.

The prices are good, food is even better. You can even get a room here. The family run rooms, and farm, and restaurants are really cool! The experience that we had was really amazing. While sitting eating our meal two toucans flew into the open aired restaurant and that made it even better. When they flew onto our table, well that really was so cool. Again the meal was good, I saw the Trip Advisor logo and walked out full, and the camera was full of pictures too! If you are at the Rio Celeste Waterfall this is very close to that.

We stopped here with our group for lunch after touring Tenorio Volcano National Park. The burritos were amazing at this quaint restaurant.

Took a private tour and was very pleased with the food and service. Fresh made Costa Rican food. Delicious.
