Very laid back, fine service, very good food. Great place for a relaxed 2 hour breakfast. We were never rushed, well served, and OH YEAH...the food was good too.

Lunch with a friend gave us the opportunity to try a couple luncheon burritos ($9.25) smothered in green chile. I could eat this green chile every day; very tasty! Good service in comfortable dining room. Located just west of Douglas County Motor Vehicle department, between Third and 4th Streets, not really on Plum Creek...

I could have breakfast at Pegasus every day and be a happy camper! Excellent wait staff and the food is incredible. I don't know what magic they put in their pancake syrup, but it is ridiculously good. Order anything on the menu - you won't be disappointed.

This restaurant is tucked on a side street of Castle Rock in an ideal location between Colorado Springs and Denver when traveling. My friend wanted a traditional Ham and Eggs Breakfast with Fruit. I opted for Eggs scrambled with Gyro Meat as I really love Greek Food and love a twist on Breakfast. We were not disappointed. The staff is... More

We often forget about this place cuz it's tucked away on a back street and the signage is terrible; and still, people find it because the food is consistently very, very good. It has a mexican bent to it, but can be all-American if you prefer. I know they serve lunch, but haven't been there in years for that meal.... More

Went here for breakfast. The service is excellent and breakfast dishes are very good. The Mexican sauces for dishes are authentic and portions are good size. Try the Spicy Bloody Mary.

One of our favorite restaurants! Great service & a different atmosphere in each area of the restaurant. Their Gyro sandwich is as good as what I've enjoyed in Greece. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a Sunday morning breakfast with good food in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. There's lot of traditional breakfast fare from which to choose, but try one of the menu items adding a Mexican flare. You'll be glad you did.

This is one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had as a family. Sunday morning family of 6 with young kids entering the restaurant. Noisy, crowded but nothing you can't expect on a Sunday morning. It took them 20 minutes to get us the drinks, and another 35 minutes to get our orders. We all took the basics - the... More
