We live near the Lucky Dragon and have ordered take out and delivery on many occasions. Food has always been fresh and hot. My wife and I split a meal and get 2 egg rolls each and that is plenty for us.
This is an average maybe slightly better-than-average chinese restaurant. I have fallen out of favor with chinese food but used to go here whenever we had chinese in Colorado Springs. I find it to be a bit on the expensive side but not horrible.
