Had lunch here after visiting the Air Force Academy. Both relaxing and refreshing. Both food and service were impeccable. We chose to linger a bit and did not feel rushed out. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Great staff, great food, great experience. Service was excellent. I started with a mix of East Coast & West Coast oysters on the half-shell. Then, I had the Cobb Salad. Sounds simple, but was excellent. Desert was the Bailey's Cheese Cake. Oh my! Don't pass...More

La Taverne is the perfect place for a business luncheon. The wait staff gladly accommodated us with a table for twelve. They gave us privacy and a delicious menu. Everyone had a WONDERFUL gourmet lunch.

True to the Broadmoor experience, the service was excellent, the food in appropriate portions and in excellent taste. Good selection choice. The seating under the glass roof was marvelous.

A colleague and I needed a quick lunch so we stopped in for a bite. Had a nice glass of wine and the french onion soup with a flatbread to go along. Very tasty and they got us in and out very promptly.

We had lunch at La Taverne - it was ok but nothing particularly special. Good service and nice and friendly. The food was good but pretty ordinary.

We did not have a positive experience here. The woman who seated us was rude, we had to wait an hour for our appetizers and to top it off the food was inconsistent and not worth the wait or the price!

This is one of the most expensive restaurants I ever ate at. I don't recall seeing $70 steaks even at many top New York City steakhouses. And with the price comes an expectation of excellent food and service. The food was a mixed bag although...More
