So what is a "Boxty" you ask? Well I had to ask because I had no idea either! A boxty is a traditional Irish potato pancake....and Jack Quinn's has a few choices. Ate lunch here with the family on a Sunday.....all of us from out...More

Pleasant service, but slow -- the server took 20 minutes to return with the drinks (3 waters, 1 coffee) before taking the rest of the order, then a long wait for the food to come. The cheese soup was good, but the other dishes ranged...More

Don't go here if you want to eat good food and talk with your table mates. Very noisy, even fish and chips were not very good, salad with chicken tenders OK. Service slow. Location good. Beer good. Food not so much.

Charming with all the woodwork and little glassed-in dining areas, Jack Quinn's is a great place for lunch or dinner. On a rainy day (sometimes rare in Colorado) you'll feel transported to another place in time. Great food, tasty brews.

The beer was fantastic! The salmon was over cooked and burnt on top. Also, the waitress kept forgetting our beers and gave poor service.
