We had called ahead for reservations and when we arrived and checked in, the hostess forgot we were there and we were sitting right by the hostess desk. She had let 3 other people in front of us and when my husband questioned her, she...said, “Oh, ...”. She seated us at a table right in front of the band stage when there were clearly more secluded booths open. The singer was setting up to play. When I sat down I could smell the cloth napkins and they smelled like a dog. We waited at our seat 10 minutes and no one waited on us. In the meantime, the guy started playing and it was rather uncomfortable to be sitting out there right in the middle. The place is not ran well and it smelled and appeared very dirty. Don’t waste your time paying and parking downtown to be very disappointed.More

Wow!!! Had a fantastic dinner at Jack Quinn’s while vacationing in Colorado Springs. We started with the fried pickles and onion rings with were hot and crispy. My husband had the bangers and mash, my son, corned beef and cabbage, my daughter Mac and cheese...and I had the shepherd’s/cottage pie in a bread bowl. Everything was top notch! Plus, we ate a little earlier and snagged the happy hour prices for our drinks. Dinner for 4 with drinks for under $100!More

Fish and chips were good. We were with a small group and everyone left a clean plate. They are short on staff, so be patient. Enjoyed the outside seating.

Ok maybe we hit this pub on a bad night but for the money and the time we had to wait for some really sub par pub food I would not return for a meal here. Great place to grab a beer and maybe after...a few rounds the food might taste betterMore

I went for lunch and just ordered some appetizers instead of an entrée. The whiskey maple wings were cooked perfectly; crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce was a little too sweet for me, and could maybe use some black pepper...or something spicy to balance out the taste, but they were still good. The pretzels were excellent, and the beer cheese, although a little thin, was very tasty. They had a good selection of beers as well. The service was excellent and the food came out exceptionally fast. I would definitely go back and try some other menu items.More

Had a family dinner on their outside patio due to reservations for inside (due to Holiday weekend they were very busy). Service was slow, but we think the waiter was working ALL the tables inside and outside. We had Reuben’s, Gaelic steak, salmon salad, and...Shepard’s pie in the bread bowl. Everyone enjoyed their meal!More

The pubs has some very good employees and good food. A few of the employees look pretty new and do not seem to know how to accommodate customers. I had apps here twice in June 2021 and both times they were good. The best service...I got was from a slightly grisly bartender. When I went with a table of people our waitress was excellent. The worst were the hostesses that seemed overly concerned with reserving space for future guests than accommodating the ones that were there. One even argued with a table where they had pulled up an extra chair even though there were almost no patrons in the bar yet.More

Outstanding food that takes some time. We started with the pretzel and the poutine. The pretzel was pretty normal, but the mustard and beer cheese that came with it kicked it up. The poutine had pretty standard fries with Guinness gravy and the proper "squiggy"...cheese curds. We ordered the trifecta of standard Irish pub tourist fair - corned beef and cabbage, shepherd's pie, and Irish stew. All were outstanding and not the usual throw-offs to please the tourists at many "Irish" pubs. The beer/drink list is extensive. Service was great and cheerful.More

Great service! We are from Chicago and I stopped in for lunch with my husband and son before some tourist shopping. We all got burgers and were happy with them. The salad and spicy Bloody Mary I had (phew! That was spicy, but I loved...it! Unless you can REALLY handle spice, order it medium spicy) were great, as well. You can tell everything is made to order, using fresh and local ingredients and was tasty. Best of all was our waiter, Aaron. What a fabulous dude! When we mentioned we were out of towners, he kindly sent us an article on ideas of fun things to do while in town. He was not overbearing, and checked in with us periodically and at the perfect times. Talk about going above and beyond! He made our day.More
