The restaurant is a jewel in Crested Butte with wonderful staff, including Chris Landoulis, and a modern, clean atmosphere. The food was very good. The whole experience made for a memorable night. We will be back!

We had not been in Crested Butte for several years and discovered a different reality than we had known in years past. Crested Butte has morphed from a fun Hippie, ski bum mountain community to a very high end reality... sadly... but with some good...More

The restaurant is small with two levels. They specialize in small plates meant to be shared. The mushroom dish, the short ribs, and the chocolate torte were all delicious. The waitress was very helping in assisting us with our selections, making sure that we did...More

Lovely venue. Professional, friendly staff. Fun tapas style format. Everything we tried was very nicely flavored. Especially liked the lamb and the tidbits. Greatly appreciated how well and easily they accomodated gluten free for our son. A new favorite in CB.

We loved the idea of the sharing plates and the reality was just as good! We both wanted to try everything we ordered and that's not typical for the two of us. Each dish was excellent and the service was wonderful. Serving each dish separately...More

This meal was an adventure in taste. We had short rib, duck leg, duck breast, and lamb, with green beans and two appetizers. Portions are small. We shared four entrees between four people which is what they suggest. I could have had more to eat....More

A bar serving small plates with fresh ingredients from local suppliers. The preparation of the food was excellent. A bit pricey (as these small plate places tend to be), but the quality stood out. The all inclusive pricing (including tip and taxes) was welcome.

Excuse after excuse as to why it took over an hour and 30 minutes to get served. Nice people but think twice before you come here.

I went to dine at django's with a fairly large group. We had made reservations well in advance so the number of people should not have been an issue. Arriving at the restaurant I ordered a Diet Coke from the Bar that was poured from...More

I would not take young kids to this restaurant. A better place for a nice date! Especially if you sit at the chefs table.

Description
django's is a locally owned restaurant in Crested Butte, with a seasonal menu of globally inspired small plates. This culinary adventure offers a fun dining experience best shared with friends: the plates are brought one at a time, for everyone to taste more than 20 different selections on the weekly menu. The wines are served by quartino (250ml) carafe, to allow for pairing and sampling across an extensive list focused on European and South American wines. The interior is elegant yet casual, offering seating in low banquettes, high tables, or on the balcony overlooking the bar. If you prefer dining outdoors, grab a table on the front patio, where you can see and be seen on Elk Avenue.
