I love the Tom Yum Gung soup, but if you get it to go, you get a much smaller portion. the side of rice was not cooked and for $3 I could have bought a bag of raw rice. Pricey, but good.

We visited Ginger Cafe after an epic powder day on Mt. Crested Butte. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. The food was a mix of traditional Thai and inventive options - all were delicious! Don't miss the Thai lavosh or zen's ginger fried rice. The cocktails were wonderful, too.

Thought this little place was super cute and cozy! Wanted to love it. Friendly server. My partner ordered the pho lunch special and me the Thai beef salad. Each had a 10$ cocktail as well. Our bartender/server said our drinks should have came out quicker, she was apologetic and took my drink price off the tab. Which I appreciated, but... More

Right after we arrived in Crested Butte for a 4-day weekend, we walked to this restaurant for lunch. I ordered a Green Curry with chicken, and my husband ordered shrimp Pad Thai. First of all, they goofed up my husband's order and brought him a Shrimp Fried Rice. They removed it immediately, apologized, and said we'd have to wait a... More

Our first time to Crested Butte, and the innkeeper recommended the Ginger Cafe. It's a cozy (but not cloyingly so) place, and lively, and food was excellent. The pad thai was divine and although my husband enjoyed his pa gra pow, he kept coming back to my plate for more tastes. He really liked his salad, too. It was a... More

We stopped in here for a quick bite. They make a great margarita. They offer both Thai and Indian fare. We sampled chicken curry and shrimp kadai, both spicy and good. Very filling. Do call for reservations; we were here on a Friday night at 7 and it was busy, even tables outside were taken and it was chilly.

Authentic food! Delicious! Good portions. Nice atmosphere. I did not expect to find an asian/indian place in Crested Butte. But boy were we impressed (and satisfied) with the meal. I would drive to Crested Butte just to eat here. I ordered the curried vegetables with tofu and the spices were done to perfection, with just enough heat to make the... More

We've been to the Ginger Cafe about a dozen times and we've always enjoyed the food. It's consistently fresh and flavorful. As is true of many places in Crested Butte, the wait can be lengthy during the high season, especially if inclement weather takes away the option of sitting on the patio. While I reserve 5 stars for more exceptional... More

Nice to sit on the outside deck on a beautiful day. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Fusian-Asian food hit the spot.
