Overrated in my opinion

We ordered the tartare, wagu steak frites and the wagu burger and the croquettes We had no reservations but we were seated in 20 mins. It took about 25 mins for our food to come out and we could literally see it in the window...and as expected our fries were cold and the bread with the tartar was cold and chewy. We had to like let the hostess know to get our server Craig’s attention since he seemed busy. He was in a whatever mode, a lot of indifference. He did get us the hot fries and the bread for the tartar but it seemed ridiculous for the prices being paid to receive cold fries. Burger was just OK. Steak was a bit undercooked but my son liked it. Crab croquettes was really good. Overall a disappointment. Would not recommend this place.More

Fantastic food, cocktails, and service

I was with a group on a business trip staying at AC hotel. I had dinner twice at Corinne and once at the AC bar which is the same kitchen. I had the Wild Mushroom Bolognese 3 times. I typically prefer a meat based sauce...but this was so good, i didn't miss it. My only regret is that i didnt have a chance to order the belly on pork chop. One of my party had it the last night of the trip and let us taste it, OMG. Amazing! Also the Beekeeper cocktail, we asked for the recipe, I'll be attempting this at home. On top of the food the servers we had were attentive even though it was busy. The lighting in the lounge and restaurant is gorgeous.More

Lovely lunch!

We were in town for a conference and had lunch here. It was very close to the convention center, quick and so tasty. We got the chicken tinga and the croque madame. Everything was excellent, and the service was friendly and fast!

Excellent Service and Wonderful Food

Our first time eating at Corinne Restaurant was very positive. The servers we had were really awesome, friendly and attentive. The food and wine were really good!! We were lucky to get a table as it was really busy the Friday evening we turned up...and we hadn't made a reservation, luckily we arrived early and were able to get a table in the bar area. I would definitely recommend eating at Corinne Restaurant for lovely food and service.More

Service and Food exceeded expectations.

Upscale Italian. Perfect quiet spot for drinks or dinner close to Hyatt Convention Center. Great vegetarian options. Great for business or date night.

BEWARE THE VALET CHARGE!

Fantastic Restaurant at Denver Downtown

Had a business meeting at this restaurant and everything was delicious. We had filet mignon, scallops, and salmon. Crab croquette and tuna tartar with a great wine. Great services and good atmosphere.

Date Night Dinner

We did not have a reservation but the hostess was quick to accommodate us on a busy weekend evening. The restaurant is elegantly modern and lit for a cozy experience. We ordered French Onion Soup, Filet, and Salmon. That soup hit the spot and was...a great start to our dining experience. I don’t usually eat red meat but had to have a small bite of my husband’s filet when I saw he could cut it with his fork. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. He ordered medium rare. The salmon was also prepared perfectly. The presentation of our entrees was absolutely beautiful, a work of art.More

Absolutely great place for high end enjoyment.

2nd visit here, busy but got me in quickly without a reservation. Great service and food. Scallops entree was perfect! Wine was also great!

Delightful!

From breakfast to late dinners, always spectacular food and service. We first went for breakfast and enjoyed the omelet and one of their signature juices. My husband followed that up with a meeting and the staff was super accomodating. We had dinner for 6 a...few nights later; oysters, scallops, dessert and all was amazing.More
