Always consistent. Leans a little more to mainstream Asian food. Noodle bowls are good, seafood sampler yummy. Doc is a good server! An Evergreen staple!!

I recommend their noodle bowls, lamb dishes, lettuce wraps, spring rolls, stuffed chicken wings, pork & shrimp crispy crepes, sesame chicken, frog legs tempura, shrimp pad thai, and fried bananas.
While the name is Saigon landing they offer their version of Asian food. This in in a beautiful and somewhat formal setting up on the hill above the commercial area of Evergreen. They have a large parking lot on the hill just above the restaurant.....More

The food is good but predictable. My big treat was finding that they had gluten-free egg rolls - oh boy! I had a plate of those (excellent) and some chicken pad thai. Service was slow even though there were only a couple of occupied tables.
