Great, quiet atmosphere, family friendly, smiling faces, and the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. Felt like a small town diner. Excellent. Definite contender for the 'Best of Fort Collins' award.

I go here for breakfast on occasion. They make good eggs and hash browns. Good service. Friendly people. Easy access., especially if you are downtown.

Best bacon cheeseburger in town! Very good prices. Try the Persian plate. The owner and staff are very friendly and go out of the way to please.

I eat at Mt. Cafe often. I have never had a bad meal. This is cooking like Mom use to do in my opinion. The owner is as friendly as the staff. The daily breakfast and lunch specials are very very good and reasonably priced. The coffee is great. The place is clean. Always good conversations to be had with... More

Nice folks serving tasty fresh food, a bustling quick in and quick food on the table. After we ate, the folks down the street at other breakfast places were waiting for a table to pay twice what we did for the same or not as good eats....easy choice

Mountain cafe is a great family run local restaurant. One of our favorites. It is clean and always friendly. The food is always great. The menu may be considered somewhat limited but has something for everyone with daily specials too. Only a block off central Ave (Rt 287) it is convenient. If a casual breakfast or lunch is what you... More

This is a hidden gem in Fort Collins downtown. Love pretty much everything that they have to offer. Their French Toast is one of my favorites, also the cinnamon roles are amazing..! The Persian Platter in their daily specials happened to catch my eye, and I asked the owner about it. She gave me a very generous portion of it,... More

Description
A family owned and operated establishment that has been around for over 25 years, yet has maintained it's authentic, cozy, and homely feel. It's a small, diner-like cafe with an old fashioned style to it. The food is prepared and cooked by the owner, Moe Kamandy. Although hidden, there's a patio away from all the street noise where Moe plants his colorful flowers, making for a great place to relax and enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee on a summer morning.
