Restaurant sounds like a good idea in principle. The cuisine is neither Japanese nor American. The asianish food tasted terrible especially the vegetarian entree. Not many veggie choices really. The Japanese meal was sub par based on what a Japanese colleague said after a visit....More
The salads are great and the meats always good. If you are in a hurry and want healthy, this is one of my favorites. They have gluten free sauce for the steak and rice and normally great chicken.
Excellent vibe, great menu options. Food comes out quick. Excellent portion size. Amazingly healthy menu choices. Staff is friendly and courteous. Many locations throughout Colorado. Even though the owner sold a majority interest in the business, his influence is everywhere.
