Been awhile since we've gone to Red Robin. Usually too busy. New menu with smaller, pub size burgers and sandwiches in addition to the larger 1/2 lb burgers. Service was decent. Wait staff may have been tired as we were there mid afternoon, after the Sunday lunch rush.

Our family loves Red Robin for their specialty....GREAT burgers and fun family atmosphere! Because we love it so much, we always give them the benefit of the doubt. BUT, we have been disappointed more than a few times and you need to be aware. The waitstaff work very hard, but MANY times we feel there are not enough to go... More

I've been here several times since i nearby(ish). Sometimes my food isn't quite right (mayo when no mayo requested, fries when other side requested, wrong refills of bottomless sides, etc), but nothing a quick word to the server doesn't fix. They're always apologetic about any mistakes and are quick to fix things. However, I visited their bathroom for the first... More

The food was great, the service not the best. It is definitely not a good place to bring family if they are hard of hearing.

You can usually expect great burgers with lots of selections. The service has been awesome especially when we sit at the bar. I would recommend you trying Red Robin any time.

The atmosphere was typical Red Robin - lots of signs hanging from the ceiling, comfy booths, and a high noise level - but not too loud! Our server was very attentive, and we had no complaint with her. They do not carry crackers! Soup was good, but should have had crackers. The hamburger bun was not toasted, and the patty... More

I love their southwest chicken salad and their burgers! Oh, and the malts are the best! I like to sit in the bar area and just chill, eat, and have a couple beers. Wait staff is always very friendly. It is a little noisy but it doesn't bother me but it might bother some.

The manager was very friendly and took excellent care of us. We love their burgers, kids menu, allergy friendly food items, shakes and both sweet potato and regular fries.

Horrible service! After looking for the hostess For a good 10 minutes she finally came around and didn't even greet us or ask how many! She tried seating us in the bar area and i politely ask for a booth. Once we got to the booth she said our sever would be right with us. Five minutes later no server,... More

My husband and I always share the gourmet cheeseburger with fries because it's large. We also share a French onion soup and ALWAYS get the monster chocolate malt.
