Pablo's was the first pizza place that we tried after moving here 4 1/2 years ago. LOVED their thin & crispy crust and quality toppings!

My friend and I arrived in Grand Junction for a workshop spanning the weekend, after a 5 hour drive we had become quite hungry and decided pizza was the optimal solution. Service was incredibly fast even during dinner rush and the pizza was phenomenal. I am typically not keen on pizza for my meals, but the selection of pizzas ranging... More

Yummy pizza of all types. The pizzas are thin crust with lots of creative and tasty combinations. Prices are decent though not cheap. Good selection of local brews and refills on fountain drinks. Wine too. Also great salads. Order at the counter and they bring it to you.

We were visiting downtown Grand Junction and stopped in for linch and a beer, the pizza and beer were good but the service was very slow. It took over 30 minutes to get our pizza and they were not that busy.

Not the best tasting pizza in my opinion but my son liked it. Great atmosphere and decor! I bet it's a lot of fun on the weekends!

Good pizza and good service. The family side salad is a nice mixed green salad. I recommend Pablo's if you are hungry for pizza in Grand Junction.

Was recommended to us and it was terrible. One person working during lunch. Pizza was made with a rolling pin, crust was hard and pizza was overdone and salty.

Visited close to closing time on a Sunday night with just 2 of us, but nothing was a problem or too much trouble. We'd walked up and down grand junction and been tempted by the amazing looking (and smelling!) pizza here. My wife had a gluten free veggie pizza and declared it to be one of the best she'd ever... I ate a good pizza, well cooked and tasting and I paid like 15 $. The place is nice, located in downtown grand junction. I wish they had more desserts on the menu.

Recommended by the motel hostess. Lots of choices. Great toppings, fresh cheeses. If artisan-style pizza is your thing (i.e., thin crusts) this looks like Grand Junction's best. The downtown area is pleasant for strolling, too.
