I've had many meals at this restaurant and would recommend the spaghetti. I would definitely skip the pizza, not worth the extra dough.

My husband and I used to eat at Romano's when we were first married and we loved the food there. We went back recently and we still love the food there. The restaurant is family run and always has been family run. The atmosphere inside is a little tired but it matters not. The food is homemade, hearty and delicious.... More

We were looking for a good Italian dinner on the way back from hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Romano's was our backup after the first choice had an outrageous wait. What a pleasant surprise! All five of us loved our food--from the house-made Italian dressing to stuffed shells to chicken marsala, everything was very tasty. The prices were a... More

How have I lived here this long and NOT known about this family-owned gem? Romano's is nothing fancy on the inside but the food reminds me of that my Italian grandmother used to make. Simply dishes but truly delicious and generous in portions Prices and service were both great. So if you're Italian and disappointed at the choices in this... More

We've gone here for years, and the food is consistently good. I always thought the phrase "comfort food" was a bit dumb, but now I know why they said it because it describes the food at Romano's perfectly. The house Italian dressing is good, by the way, as is everything else.

Romano's is a great family restaurant where a lot of locals gather to eat. The food is delicious, the wait staff is pleasant and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. It's a great place to take your family or just to enjoy a quiet meal by yourself.

Good basic Italian food. It has been here for a long time, and part of the overall Denver Italian Restaurant 'clan' family responsible for keeping good basic Italian food on the menu.

A shinning example of a local small business that is successful. They've been around for 60+ years! If you love italian, especially their pizza...then go in, sit down and try some great food!

Good value for money and nice service as you would expect from a small Italian restaurant. Pasta is the way to go.

Love the pizza and calzones. Have never been disappointed in those items. Home made spaghetti and meatballs or sausage awesome as well. Salad same as usual, a bit out dated though and last night about half of the size it usually is. Tried the Fettuccine ala Romano's last night. The first disappointment I've had there. Watery, flavorless alfredo sauce. Waitress... More
