It's hard to find great service at IHOP, but at this location, Faith was awesome. Food was excellent, and believe it or not, the location was very clean. Prices are low. Plus where else can you get multiple flavor syrup.

Service isn't great. The food was average but lousy Their staff needs to really lighten up. Especially the host since she greets the people. The restaurant has a bad vibe with a uncomfortable feeling. It made me and my brother feel unwelcome.
