Great ambiance. Above average service. Historically a cool place. Food is above average. A bit overpriced.

One of the very best meals that we enjoyed during our two-week Colorado tour. And almost all of the other restaurants received an "A". Your server, Justin, was exceptionally awesome in every way, and really made the experience better. The duck and lamb chops were...More
My wife and I had dinner here for our anniversary. The food was outstanding and service was very good. Note that this is not a "cheap eats" place, but the price reflects the quality.
Let me start by saying the food was very good! Was it the best I've ever had? No! But, it was good. However, the wait staff was a "tag team" concept which led to our table being ignored as the other one thought the prior...More
Remember your manners and how to use the many varied eating utensils. This is a very special place to take a step back, relax and enjoy how dining used to be before fast food and chain restaurants. The service was exceptional and it was done...More
Snagged a reservation right after the 4th of July at the hotel (separate review) and ate here on our one night. A big splurge and delicious. We opt for Colorado lamb when in a fine restaurant and this did not disappoint. The wait staff is...More
Ate lunch here in the middle of our 7 springs walking tour. Crab cake was good, spinach salad was fine, salmon was good, starter of warm herb sourdough bread was amazing. Trio of creme brulees was good, strawberry rhubarb crostata was not a crostata but...More
Cool place, great menu, great service, excellent food and desserts. We were in town for a visit and wandered in for lunch. Good call. I am sad we did not stay in their historic hotel. I would recommend both.
The veranda was a great place to enjoy a meal and visit with other guests. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. We ate there three evenings and was not disappointed. The menu had a good variety.
If you are from out of state, a great choice-Colorado lamb, duck, and elk from Montana. Good selection of Colorado wines. Dinner was fine but not outstanding - then again we have dined all over the planet and have high standards.
