Adams is one of my favorite breakfast spots I. Colorado Springs. We live in OKC, but come to the Springs a few times a year, just to get away, & we love coming here for breakfast. Everything is delicious & relatively healthy. Don't come here if you're in a hurry because everything is made from scratch & can sometimes take... More

Close attention to quality, crafted meals. Puts a slight delay in service (If you've gotten into the edibles from the weed shop across the way, you may have to wait a bit longer for your Huevos Rancheros). The Huevos are awesome, by the way, but so is everything else on the menu. Lot's of vegetarian fare. Great craft beer and... More

This one popped up when we were in Colorado Springs and we're starving on a Saturday afternoon. When we walked in I'm thinking a nice burger is in order but when we get our menus it becomes obvious THAT WE'RE IN A VEGAN PARADISE!!! And that's the last place I wanted to be at that point, surrounded by birkenstocks and... More

We got breakfast here.. It was good I guess.. Mostly vegan, my husband was not impressed, but it's good food, just not the type of place we normally eat..

The food here is great. Must have the potato dishes. Good veggie options. But, the location used to be terrific in the heart of Manitou, but after the flood a few years back, they moved to this place that has little to recommend in terms of ambiance. Still, we go there regularly for brunch and for the tasty food.

Eat here almost weekly. Food is fresh, prepared to order and they can accommodate quirky diet needs. Consistently good for longer meal. Not fast in/out type of place.

Based upon very high marks from other TA reviewers, we tried Adam's for lunch. We were not disappointed. I had the cashew chicken salad and my wife opted for the fish special. Their table breads were special as was their service. Small wait to be seated at height of lunchtime was well worth it.

Overall this place isn't a place I'll go to again. Vegetarian and whole food options are cool but when you have a hankering for traditional bacon and eggs this place isn't the one. I did enjoy the potato patty a lot. The eggs were flavorful. I realized that the breakfast was pricy because we are talking about Organic and free... More

Went there for dinner a few nights ago with my wife... I ordered the MOROCCAN FISH TAGINE WITH SAFFRON. Reading the menu, one would never know that it would be spicy. It came out Cajun blackened and spicier than any fish I have had in a long time. I ordered milk to try to wash it down. Rather than complain... More

We stopped at this inviting, homey cafe on the way back from a Colorado Springs visit and were very pleased with the cafe's healthy, beautifully prepared food. The server was attentive and the food was served in a timely fashion. The cafe has a score of sweet landscape oil paintings on the wall, a Zen, meditative feel and a dedication... More
