We went there for lunch and they had a really large and diverse menu of platters and sandwiches. The sandwich section in particular had some very interesting items. My Reuben had a large portion of corned beef and the bread was fresh. I got the tomato basil soup and it was also very good. I wish I would have saved... More

Open only for breakfast and lunch. Interior is dated but clean. The breakfast is inexpensive, plentiful and decent. Service is pretty quick. Parking lot is a little rough but overall worth a visit.

the sisters that bought this establishment are rude. I listened to them admonish staff in front of customers, cussing and being loud. I also witnessed them talking down about customers. To many items on the menu, can only wander about their food waste. 7 page menu, to much

With the available restaurants in montrose I'd miss this one. Really tired, really so-so. Unfortunately I have to say avoid this one!

We too always catch it closed, but happened by and they were open. The staff seems a bit short handed and the hours seem a bit weird. It is our hit and miss burger restaurant. If it is open when we are heading for lunch, then we duck in for a burger. We like their Bacon Double Cheese Burger and... More

If you are thinking of eating here, just keep going, drive on by. I ate here a few months ago and wrote a good review, must have had beginners luck. It was embarrassing, especially since I was entertaining out of town guests. Everything was bad, the service ,the food, and the fact that one of my guests felt ill for... More

We went in for a late lunch. The "Hostess" was so grouchy and there was huge confusion on who was waiting on us. There were only about 6 people in the restaurant. My salad had spoiled lettuce. My husbands meatloaf was good and a huge portion. Yet at 2:45 they came to kick us out as they were closing. We... More

Very good time to hit Red Barn after a visit to the Historic museum just down the road (a must). Food was fresh, delicious, homemade mashed potatoes, and priced in the moderate range. After a week in Telluride (great food/ mostly very high prices), this was a real treat. Don't think you can go wrong here... Has a bar also... More

Under new ownership. Food is very fresh and the service was friendly. Decor is homey with a relaxed atmosphere.
