Each time I come inside I am just blown away by the smell of what’s cooking on the grill . On my last visit I ordered the Hogback burger . It had applewood smoked bacon , diced green chilies , and American cheese . As...soon as I got in the cab of my truck my plan was to eat half the burger and then drive back to my office and finish the rest when I arrived . After a couple of bites I realized I wasn’t driving anywhere until I finished this burger . One thing that really stuck out was the quality of the meat and bacon. Overall this is the best burger I’ve had in a long time and I can’t wait to go back and get another one .More

I'm a regular there, and their burgers are the best. They toast the bun, smear it in some of the grease from the burger, and is over all just the best food. Morrison is a great place to eat, and this is one of the...best. In the summer I go there almost every single day. Their ice cream is AMAZING too, they have many flavors going from vanilla to coffee and even crazy stuff like sherbet.More

In a day and age when you can pick up a great burger from fancy restaurants to great drive-thru's this is probably the worst I have eaten and way over-priced. The cheese is terrible. They couldn't even be bothered to toast the buns let alone...warm them up -- just put them on the burger straight out of the bag. The fries were terrible. Would not go back. The only thing I can say was the people were really nice and the service was very nice.More

I should know better! Read other people’s reviews first. This place is not good. Food was was tasteless and way overpriced $11 for a burger and fries and $5 for a milk shake! Forget that it took 45 minutes to get five sandwiches. The best...part of lunch was the live music from the adjacent bar, that is until a greasy clump of lint fell down from the ceiling fan into one of our drinks. You look up and see the thick layer of dirt on light fixtures...yuck! Needless to say we won’t be back.More

My husband and I shared the Dakota burger. It was alright. We also wanted an EXTRA side of mushrooms and wanted fries with our burger since we were sharing. We didn't get the fries. Luckily, my dad didn't want his so we are his. The...guy at the register was extremely rude. My husband went and asked for him to cut our burger, and the guy was so irritated, my husband thought he was going to throw the burger at him! There was NO ONE there, just us. I guess we messed up his chill time at work. The mushrooms were pretty good though.More

I was on my way home from work in a snow storm (November 2016). Rt. 285 was backed up and hardly moving due to an accident. At the last moment I bailed onto Rt. 8 and went into Morrison for dinner. One of the first...places I spotted that looked fast and where I had never eaten was Mill Street Eats (that is what it is called on the receipt I still have and on Google Maps). I popped in and the small dining area is next to a bar that had live music playing through a connected open doorway. In the dining area I was one of two parties in there. All I ordered was a classic burger with cheese and fries and I think later I got some ice cream for dessert. It was like $9.50 (before the dessert), but it was a tasty burger, fries were fine (the skinny kind I think) and on a snow night with crappy traffic it was a welcome respite. You place your order and pick it up from the counter when it is ready. The gentleman I worked with was Jake and he had a pleasant, efficient way about him. It appears to be a one-person affair (maybe there is a second person during the day or on weekends?), so if it gets real busy I could see it becoming a challenge for one employee. I know there were some recent negatives comments here, but I would try it again. It was a great find in lousy weather.More

We were sadly disappointed....the burgers are almost 10 bucks but are smaller than a McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's burger. Just not worth the price. Will not be back. There are too many other good places to eat in Morrison that are worth their price...and better food.More

Our family was visiting so we took them to Mill Street Deli. The employees said our food would be ready in about an hour even though there were only five people in the seating area. My brother noticed the grill male employee rubbing his nose...and then working with the food. He asked him if he he was going to wash his hands before working with the food again. The young male with dark hair said no, "now I am not going to since you said that". He proceeded to work with the food. We asked for the manager. All three employees said there was none there at 1 PM on a Saturday. We then asked and received our money back. When we asked for the owners number, they acted as though they did not know. My husband then reported it to the back security guard.More

We stopped at Mill Street Deli after hiking up Maxwell Falls. We were looking for a Bison Burger and saw they had them. We ended upgrading two of our burgers to Bison Burgers for $3.25 extra each which seemed pricey for a 1/4lb burger as...well as the $6.75 for an "upgraded" side of onion rings but oh well.... We ended up paying $65 for 4 1/4lb burgers, two orders of fries, an order of onion rings and 4 sodas. That wouldn't seem so bad if we were in a full service restaurant but in a small deli/ice cream shop it seemed overpriced. The food was pretty good but far from fantastic, we received one order of fries which they said was a double and the onion rings were good but not much different from Burger King. The guys delivering the food seemed a bit annoyed when we asked for ketchup, etc. Overall, the place was fine and it was nice that we could sit outside with our dog alongside the stream but I doubt we will stop again when passing thru the area due to what seemed like poor value for the price.More

Not the best...but good for a snack and alcohol. If you want to sit down, expect to sit in the bar where it is loud and full of alcohol.

While driving through Morrison recently, we stopped here for ice cream. The server was friendly and helpful, and the ice cream was delicious. When we asked for directions to Denver International Airport, the bartender at the bar next to the ice cream place was very...helpful. We not only enjoyed our ice cream, we received good directions too.More

Had a burger and tots here. I sat outside next to the creek. Burger was very good! Saw reviews that complained about wait times for food. It's a small place with a small kitchen? Like anywhere in Morrison it gets busy and you will wait...a bit but well worth it! I'll be back for more.More

We waited awhile for our food which was fine for us since we weren't in a hurry. The air conditioning is pretty poor inside so it felt better for us to sit outside. We ordered burgers which were pretty good and split some fries as...well.More

We waited 45 minutes for really awful food. Crummy ingredients, poorly cooked, and my 19-year-old son who has an iron stomach was sick following their burger. Just don't.
