Everything in the Pagosa Bakery is delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Thai Wednesday shouldn't be missed.

Okay, I have to tell you, the Green Chili on the breakfast burrito really tops it off! Great salads, baked goodies, ( of course ), and breakfast menu, especially if you add the green chili.

Delicious Spinach Mushroom Swiss Quiche and Linzer Cookies. Check the Bread Schedule to get daily fresh baked rolls and bread. There was a line when we arrived but the wait was not bad. Enjoy!
