Super slow service.. mediocre food.. waited about 20 minutes just to try and get my tab to leave ! One lady running a 20 people plus establishment is not a good idea

I'm sorry you had an unpleasant time here. We try to serve everyone in a timely and cheerful manner, but sometimes it can be difficult to predict when we will be busy, and if we are understaffed this is mainly a reflection of poor planning on my part, and not my hard working staff. If you give us another try,... More

I am a part time resident of Grand Lake (about 25 miles away). I have driven by PI many times, but never stopped until this weekend, when they had one of the local musicians (Martin and Taylor) play on Saturday afternoon. Since Byers Canyon is kind of scary, I thought this was a great opportunity to check out the PI... More

This classic is worth a trip if you're staying in the Granby/Grand Lake area. Pretty drive getting there, then you are rewarded with terrific food and extremely friendly service. The prices are the most reasonable in the area, and the kids loved playing shuffleboard.

Stayed in Hot Sulpur Springs and made the scenic drive west to the Parshall Inn. Cold Beer, great staff. This is a one stop bar, pool hall, games room. Food is good, pork burrito, my wife had a pot roast sandwich, it was ok. There are not a lot of dinner choices in the area but we agreed this was... More

Had a great vegi burger with home made chips. Certainly hit the spot. Wife had a regular burger with home made fries which she likewise enjoyed. Nice stop outside of Hot Sulphur springs.

The Parshall Inn can be easy to miss as you're driving by so keep your eyes peeled. It has a cozy atmosphere with shuffle board, pool, and pin ball to keep you busy while you're waiting for your food. I love the prime rib and burgers.

Looking for a place to eat after visiting RMNP on the way to our next destination. Comes up quickly at the turn in the road, and kind of seems like one of those townie bars from the outside, but once you're inside it's a great mix of people. Service was great and welcoming. We both had the bison burger special,... More

We stopped by there for a beer on our way back from Steamboat Springs. Very friendly owner and customers. One customer we talked to actually invited us to his cabin. A great time. We also got a beef smothered burrito that was awesome. We have been to the Parshall Inn several times and always with great results.

Special was a honey dipped fried chicken, we both had. It was excellent and the serving sizes generous. Utensils in a cup on the table.

This bar/restaurant is located in the tiny town of Parshall but Wow, what a great place! It is frequented by the locals but the food is delicious. I'd love to write a review. We ate here on a Friday night which is "Prime Rib Night." For a small place in the middle of nowhere, the food was fresh and excellent, service great and the ambience fun. They need to be noticed more by travelers in the area! Thank you!!
