Walking in at 2:00pm, I imagined the place to be empty, but it was full of local people having the fried catfish. As the old saying goes, do as the locals do, and that's precisely what I did! A fried catfish and a fired shrimp po' boy sandwich later, I was walking out of there full and happy. Delicious!

Stopped here on the way home to Texas from Colorado. The crawfish etoufee and shrimp gumbo were on point and desserts were awesome especially the homemade beignets that looked like they came from Cafe Du Monde and fruit tart. The owner Lisa is from Louisiana and told us her amazing and inspiring personal story. I wish this place were closer... More

Located in downtown Pueblo, and yet it seems like a totally abandoned city, this restaurant seems to be located in middle of nowhere. With constructions going on, it's not clear where I is supposed to park. Luckily, since the whole town seems abandoned, it's easy to find street parking. Even on a Saturday, the restaurant doesn't open until 12 noon.... More

Visited here for lunch. Probably one of the most unique restaurants in Pueblo. I had the fried shrimp plate. Server was pleasant and quick to refresh my beverage and even offer a to go cup. The shrimp were excellent with just the right amount of seasoning - I just wish they were jumbo instead of popcorn. Overall one of my... More

I travel for work and seek out great food everywhere I go. I've been to the Big Easy many times and love the food. Enclades is as good as any food I've had in NOLA. The chicken and andoulle sausage gumbo, spot on! Crab cakes with home made remoulade? They have it. Frog legs? that too. My favorite however was... More

This restaurant is small but the food is very very good! The owner came & personally visited with us. She insisted on making desserts for us so we had the full New Orleans experience! Our kids loved it! We had the muffaletta, po boys, red beans & rice, jambalaya, fruit tart, lemon cake, beignets, and bread pudding.. All very tasty.

I grew up in Louisiana and found this to be very real for Pueblo. Lisa does a great job having grown up there also.

We love New Orleans/Cajun food. It is hard to find outside Louisiana, but this place has some great stuff. Our favorites are the Crawfish Etoufe, Jambalaya, Boudin, and the Pecan Pie. You can also get food to go.

The owner is a Katrina transplant from New Orleans. The place is tiny and casual--like flip flops and shorts casual. We ordered combo plates with red beans and rice, jambalaya and etouffe, all very good and seasoned perfectly. The po' boys being enjoyed by others looked very appetizing and the guy at the next table was definitely a Cajun--obviously enjoying... More

I went with a group of coworkers to Enclade's for lunch. It is a small café located in the heart of Pueblo. They specialize in New Orleans style cuisine. I had the oyster platter. It was amazingly good for being in the middle of the desert. The shrimp po-boy looked very good. One of my friends had their crawfish etouffee... More
