Stopped in here yesterday on our way to Great Sand Dunes National Park. It was so good that we’re back here today on our way home. Great...I mean GREAT...food! Excellent service (thanks Dion). And the atmosphere is terrific...an historic building with a classic bar and...More

Usually have to wait a bit for a table. But it's worth the wait! Food is always piping hot. Gluten free options. Authentic Irish dishes. Great brews.

Came for a business lunch and ordered my usual favorite fish and chips. Not sure why but the fish was not crispy at all. It was more like a pancake on the outside of the fish. The coleslaw was still really good.

This spot was recommended by TA as well as my hotel. I had Irish Meatloaf with BBQ sauce containing Irish whiskey. It was great. The array of beers and whiskey was terrific. Bonnie did a nice job at the bar with my order. I'll return.

The Scottish eggs and Scottish ale are the best I have ever had! And I have been around the world a few times. The wait staff was friendly and courteous. Most family friendly brew pub I have encountered. Pick up a growler of ale on...More

Good selection of cold beer on tap, and bottled. Shepherd's Pie is my favorite pub meal, winter or summer. Shamrock's Shepherd's Pie was salty beef stew with mashed potatoes on top. A bit underwhelming. My colleague had fish and chips. His fish was overcooked and...More

Having given up on the in-hotel Starbucks for breakfast we thought we'd try the Shamrock on the second morning. The welcome was friendly, but service was a little on the slow side, despite not appearing too busy. Despite a thorough discussion regarding gluten free changes...More

Two very satisfying meals on my last visit to town. Loved the 'PAPA' beer. Could just stop there - it justifies 5 stars. But.....there's more. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Reuben for lunch was perfect - all the right ingredients, great brisket meat with...More

Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of Pueblo, Shamrock Brewing Company offers a distinct dining alternative. Equal parts Irish pub, brewery and restaurant make Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo Restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer world class and the CRAIC outstanding. CRAIC (Pronounced crack) means a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.Whether it is business or pleasure Shamrock Brewing Company is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, a good wine selection and specialty martinis and manhattans. If you are a sports fan don’t miss any of the action on our all HD system or enjoy a game of NTN Trivia or Texas Hold-em anytime. We serve weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, late night and have a children's menu.
