OMG this is great coffee. We have gone there 3 times this week & one to the national coffee chain. No comparison really. They also have food which is quite tasty... We will be going back and so should you!

We have frequented SR many times throughout the years but more recently my son has taken me here for lunch during the week. The coffee products are exceptionally good, food is awesome and service is second to none. Their roasting concept is environmentally friendly and we support them for what they stand for. If I ever leave P-town this place... More

Stayed in Pueblo for a couple months for work (Bessemer y que?!) and loved this place for the beans and the scene. Locals of all stripes, tasty baked goods and totally adequate breakfast burritos. And records for sale! Totally eclectic selection of new and used LPs. Don't miss this place.

Little corner café downtown on Main St. Typical décor. The food and desserts are great!! Should try the coconut scone, baked just right, and not too sweet. I like their iced teas. There is always a special and a fruity tea. .

This cute little place is located in downtown and is easy to get to off I25. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked for suggestions. The coffee was smooth. We had lunch here; they offer sandwiches, burritos, quiche and baked goods. Both entrees we had were delicious. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you.... More

Always fresh roasted coffees, with quick meals & desserts to go along with each beverage. Both indoor & outdoor dining area. Family friendly spot. (Beverages like hot chocolate for the kids.) Reasonably priced. Good service & friendly staff.

We stopped in at this just-off-the-highway spot on a drive home from a camping trip, and were pleasantly surprised by how nicely 'downtown' the location felt. The patio was quite nice and the drip coffee was excellent. The inside of the business was rather unkempt, however, and the food offerings were good, but not noteworthy. This place is a safe... Solar Roast is notable for several reasons. They actually do sun-roast their coffee on the roof of the building. Food is healthy and inexpensive, and somehow they have managed to find help (young ladies) who are always upbeat, courteous, and efficient. No barristers with elitist attitudes (as in some coffee houses), but just plain nice, pleasant people to wait on... More
