The grill at Redstone Inn saved us from driving 16 miles back down the road to Carbondale to get food the night we arrived and available for breakfast. Food was fine--like any pub. The public rooms are old-style elegant and a fire burning brightly in the fireplace made us feel welcome and cozy.

Stumbled across this place while out exploring the Aspen area. Stopped in for an early dinner and sat in the bar. Enjoyed great tunes on the Sirius XM radio. Food prices were reasonable. Hubby loved his 4 cheese pizza and my chicken quesadilla was more than I could eat. Still we saved room for a little dessert. We chose to... More

I loved the classic western slab of red meat. Juicy, tender, and my husband got a house salad so we split the two meals.

The restaurant and it's location are beautiful. Delicious food and wonderful staff. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten free options on their menu. Afterwards be sure and look around inside the Inn. Simply beautiful.

This restaurant had outstanding food; fine dining. The ambiance was quiet and romantic. The fireplace was roaring and the staff was super friendly.

I've been to this place for dinner and for lunch and for breakfast and I loved it every time. This morning we stopped for breakfast and it only took a split second before we see everything we ordered on the table, cooked exactly the way we ordered it and yummy! Great service, too. **

We love to visit Redstone when near. Sunday Brunch is always delightful. On this visit, we enjoyed a great brunch with everything we would want. All the food was delicious and well prepared. Our server was most gracious and kept our coffee cups filled. The food was fresh and warm. We did eat early and there was no crowd. The... More

I ordered pizza while I was there on a trip and found it to be totally unacceptable. The crust was more like that of a pie and didn't appear to have any leavening. It didn't look like any pizza crust that I'd ever seen--hard and crunchy and brown in color. It was definitely the worst pizza that I had ever... More

If you can, outside by the pool, if the best place to sit. The bar/pub area inside is fine too. The "fancy" dining room is very expensive and very few people seem to eat there as opposed to the bar. You can order from the "fancy" menu in the bar but not sure why you would. Had a salmon reuben... More

This is the ONLY place in Redstone for breakfast. The waitstaff has the personality of a stone. I like a good cup of coffee in the morning. So after we ordered breakfast and our coffee came it was so weak you could see thru it. It was more like a cup of hot brown water. I mentioned to the waitress... More
