Efrain and his coworker set up a taco buffet for my wedding celebration. everything was delicious and perfect. The pork tacos were the guest's favorite. Thank you so much!

Great lunch spot for real Mexican food! Had a carne asada and chorizo tacos for lunch. It was perfect. Make sure you stop in while passing through!

Stopped by for some takeout after hiking. The staff were extremely friendly. We got the enchiladas special, my daughter red sauce and I got the green. After ordering I was instantly drawn to the condiments bar; which can be some of the best parts of...the meal. They had the options of several sauces, cucumbers, roasted jalapeños, pickled onions and fresh cilantro. We got some of each. The enchiladas were excellent, corn tortillas, chicken, and just the right amount of cream. The rice and beans were perfectly done. Will need to come back several times to try out everything. The market was awesome as well, I browsed for a while.More

The food here is just like what we eat when in Mexico, plus some American derivatives like burritos. The prices are very reasonable, the people super friendly, and the portions large. We will definitely be eating here a lot!

This place is reasonably priced and the food is the most authentic in Summit County. We stop here probably one time per month. You order at the counter and it takes about five minutes for them to prepare your food. All the staff appears to...be Mexican and most of them have been around for quite a while.More

My wife is from southern Mexico and we both enjoy all types of food that can differ widely from every state in the country. It has been impossible to find food like this anywhere else in Colorado. Step through the door and you could easily...be in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Take a moment to browse the aisles. I found fresh flour tortillas from the state of Sonora. The exact same ones that my sister in law has been sending us for 20 years. Order two tacos al pastor, one carne asada and beans burrito, and sit down to enjoy the Mariachi music. I found chicharron, salsas, and like most restaurants and stores in Mexico, you can even buy a mop or a cowboy hat. After a meal at Carniceria La Perla, wander next door to Murdochs Ranch Supply. This is another type of strike that is quickly disappearing.More

New owners as of October 2018. The food is authentic Mexican and delicious. Chili Rellenos, Tacos, Burritos (Barbacoa is our favorite), Enchiladas Verde, Heuvos Rancheros, and much more, all good.

The food is authentic and delicious. Not much for atmosphere and just like you would findbin Mexico. Paper plates and plastic spoon.

Great meat. Good tacos, toppings and salsa, all fresh. Service was mediocre, plates got mixed up, cashier acted as though she didn't want to help any of us.

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, look no further. Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, they are all cooked to order right in front of you. The salsa bar allows you to personalize your tacos but beware it's authentic so it's hotter than the average tex-mex....We tried the flan too and it was delicious! They also sell all kinds of Mexican groceries and sweets if you are looking for authentic ingredients and treats. Not a fancy place but definitely yummy, good value, authentic Mexican food!More

We were certainly not expecting to find actual authentic Mexican food in Silverthorne, but this place is the real deal! Being from New Mexico, we were hesitant to try Mexican restaurants claiming to be authentic, as the food back home is hard to beat. The...carnitas tacos were awesome with the salsa bar fixins. Highly recommended if you want a real Mexican food experience. Must be able to take some heat!More

If you are in the mood for Mexican/Latin American cuisine and don't want to stop at a chain, this place is for you. It is an interesting slice of Latin America in Silverthorne and close enough to the center of things that it is convenient...to stop here. We had a burrito and enchiladas con pollo and enjoyed both very much. Why not five stars? Hm... can't quite say, but food was good/not great and timing of service was same. Still, I'll go back and look forward to it. Give it a go and load up at the salsa bar - good variety and heat level for all tastes!More
