My boyfriend and I heard about this steakhouse and wanted to try it out. The food is delicious, but you have to cook it yourself. And it's an expensive experience, nonetheless. We had two steaks, 2 sides, 1 beer and 1 wine and our bill was over $150. And we did all the work!! Definitely won't be visiting this restaurant... More

We have visited the mint a few times now. At first I was hesistant about cooking my own food but it is a very neat experience and the employees are very helpful at answering any questions you may have. The salad bar and sides are complimentary and delicious.

We were detoured off I-70 and decided to look for a place to eat. We stumbled upon Mint. WOW what a great find and experience. Basic and rustic inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. You will be cooking you own steak! The filet was an amazing cut and my wife and I enjoyed cooking it ourselves.

We had reservations for 9 on Christmas Eve and knew that it was one of my sister-in-law's favorite places in Dillon to eat. Have to say that I'm surprised someone who has traveled the world and eaten in more Michelin Star restaurants than I could name actually called The Mint one of her faves. Maybe another visit would be better,... More

The steaks are good and the overall service too. But it's hard to get past paying $6 for six asparagus spears. It's even harder to get past the manager's response when I questioned the quantity. "Do you know how much asparagus costs?" Yes, I do. No empathy or effort to address the issue. Might be that he was maybe 25.... More

Family, friends, standing around the grill with a drink... so great. Salad bar is fine - yummy 1000 Island if that's your thing. The meat is consistently good, as are the memories. For us, it's fun to do something different like choosing and grilling our food rather than the same old, same old. We'll keep coming back. In fact, come... More

Casual dining where you grill your own meat/fish. The quality of the food is great. Atmosphere is friendly and service good. A great place to go after a good day of skiing or just because you enjoy a good steak.

The Mint is a tourist trap for families with kids. It's claim to fame is that you cook your meal. At the prices they charge it simply isn't worth it.

Tons of fun cooking On these ginormous grills. They have a great variety of meats to choose from. Gather with your friends around the grill or meet new friends. This place is awesome!!

Good food, salad bar with lots of variety. Was not sure about cooking own steak though it turned out to be a fun experience and one of the best steaks we have enjoyed in a very long time. Will be back again.
