I don't like writing negative reviews but if it even saves one traveler from wasting his or her money then it is worth it. We came here last year and it was fine, but this year it has taken a nose dive. Food was not good, my companion had to ask the waitress four times for some salsa to give... More

the restaurant was crowded and there was only one waitress. she kept apologizing and we never received an ordered beverage, but our meal got there in time to catch the train, and it was tasty (Reuben sandwiches!). It was the end of the season and our recommended place had already closed.

So this place is edible, clean, with adequate service. They really do try very hard!!!!! However, if you ride the train up from Durango and feel the urgency to get lunch before everyone else. Check Trip Advisor before you leave Durango and have a plan. You see Natalia's first. So understand there are better options! Not that Natalia's is bad,... More

My wife and I stopped in yesterday on our train layover. I'm sorry that I forgot to check TA before going. I can see why it is 22 out of 22. We both had the buffet thinking it would be quick and it was. The salad bar was pretty good. There was a fair variety of choices and I sampled... More

We stopped here for a quick lunch before catching the train back to Durango. The service was friendly and fast and the food was pretty good. Natalia's is home to the historic, Mattie's Welcome Saloon (1883 Bordello) located in the Red Light district on notorious Blair Street. In its heyday many a miner was fed as well as entertained. The... More

The interior was really cool, you can imagine being in a brothel a hundred years ago. Service was friendly. But the food was at best average and quite expensive.

This restaurant is located near the train station. We ate here after riding the narrow guage train/bus trip to Silverton. The bus driver recommended several restarants and this was one of them. The food was OK, but not special. There was a buffet and the fried chicken on the buffet was good. The people who had the sandwiches said they... More

Went here as it was very close to the train we had ridden from Durango to Silverton, the food was pretty good as was the service considering that they were really slammed by the train folks like us.

The service in this restaurant was amazing, especially during a busy Friday lunch rush. The waiter was friendly and efficient. I was amazed at how patient he was with the two really rude ladies at the table next to us! The food was OK, nothing special, but was served fast and hot!

We rode the train up from Durango and were really hungry so not being familiar with the town of Silverton we stopped in at Natalia's as it was the first restaurant we saw... MISTAKE...!!! The place was kinda dirty to start with and the service was terrible.. The lady and her daughter that were running the place were aloof and... More
