Good food. VERY expensive. Try to go early or late as it gets extremely crowded and then hard to find seats. New building as of a few years ago - so nice and clean.

I had lunch twice at Elk Camp Cafe and there were so many choices, it was difficult to decide. Everything I had was great.

What a beautiful building! Inside and out, the design is the perfect modern, on-mountain ski cafeteria. Even the food is good – over the course of two days here, I tried the hearty and soul-warming chili bowl, the chicken soup bowl with its generous serving of poultry, hot broth and wintery kale, some hot chocolate, and the colorful monster cookie.... Ate here recently with the extended family during a recent vacation. Excellent location to meet everyone while skiing. Great views, relaxing atmosphere. Can get crowded around lunch time so get there early or come a bit late. Food was excellent. Pizzas are hand tossed and cooked in a wood fired oven. Soups were great. Large salad bar available, as are... More

Whether you start or end your day skiing this is great place to go. It also allows 'street dressed' people to come up on the gondola and meet you during the day. The cafeteria is awesome. You walk in and get greeted and they'll find you a spot to sit. The kitchen has something for everyone. Pub (Inside/Outside) is a... More

Road the gondola up to watch our son ski. Gondola ticket came with $10 credit at the cafe which we used for snacks. The food looked very good at the cafe but we just enjoyed drinks at the bar. Service was great and it's very clean with lots of seating.

What can you say about a mountain-top cafe that has a little bit of everything. It was outstanding! The meals are fresh-to-order and the food is terrific. For a place to stop while riding the gondolas or skiing the slopes, Elk Camp Cafe will not disappoint. Make sure you check out the adjacent bar. It's a great way to catch-up... More

Great cafe with even greater views - Elk camp cafe is a great place to stop if you are going up the mountain. I had pizza and it was delicious - prices aren't too bad either for the location. There is also a range of activities for children on the lawn (badminton, table tennis etc) in the summer. We had... More

They offer a wide range of food, if it's soups or salads or sandwiches. Pretty good, just a bit pricey (but I guess that's the area) and the bar next to it, offers nice hot alcoholic chocolate and hot whiskeys.

I visited with my Family and we bought the $32 pass that gives us $10 off at the café. This meant that for four pizzas, drinks and snacks it was only $12.50. I would definitely recommend buying this pass because it also enables unlimited journeys on the gondola and chair lift for 3 days. It also supplied us with other... More
