This place is truly special. Excellent European style lunch with incredible mountain views. Mushroom soup and Croque Madam with rosemary ham was superb! Atmosphere and vibe is fantastic. For sunny slope side lunch experience is hard to beat!

This is such a great lunch spot! We went on a day that they were running low on most of the menu items, but despite that it proved to be fabulous! We had the cheese tray...loved! The agave truffle nectar was to die for! We had one French Onion soup and one of the mushroom soups. They were very good... More

Bon Vivant restaurant at the top of Polar Queen Lift at a Telluride is a must for at least one ski day. Decidedly french in offerings, the quality is superb and the portions are ample. The GIANT umbrella that is unfurled if needed depending on the weather, is unique and very cool. The service was very good and not rushed.... More

We ate here on a beautiful sunny day. It is expensive but it included a funky pair of sunglasses for each of us! The mushroom soup was excellent as was the ham sandwich...try it.

This place is describable only by hyperbole. In a word, the ambiance is without match, not only because of the spectacular view, but because the staff and the food complete the experience. Get.There.Soon.

Been there many times, never disappointed. Only criticism: sometimes the wait is too long, although definitively worth it. The croque madam is exceptional. I also recommend the mushroom soup and nutella crepes.

This is one of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had while on snow. The GM Jared and our server Matt (best last name ever) Bonebrake gave us the experience of a lifetime. I'm a big fan of hard ciders and they recommended the Snow Capped Trappist cider. It was a perfect pairing with my wild boar... More

after a morning of skiing we spent a few hours at the restaurant. The have heaters at each table so outside but comfortable. They even gave us sunglasses because it was sunny and we only had our ski goggles. The french onion soup was amazing.

You've just got to try this place out. Find it on the ski map and make a point of stopping by for lunch or drinks. You'll find it if you ski down "Ski Forever" and it'll be on your left. It's just the nicest atmosphere you can imagine and the food is amazing. We had the best lunch there on... More
