First I want to say that the service is excellent! The food is ok. But, when you consider what you are paying for the okay food, it becomes less okay. The Pad Thai is slightly above average for U.S.A. Pad Thai. 26.00. The crispy rice roll, the rice was not crispy. At all. The miso soup was good. The edamame... More

We have been coming to Telluride for about 15 years, and were very excited to learn that Honga's had new ownership, as we felt the quality really declined over the last few years. When we went to dinner (the first time) over winter break, we were blown away. The new interior is fantastic, makes you feel like you are in... More

While the service is always great ( especially thanks to Turner) the food cans be good or bad. If you choose the most normal and American things on the menu, it will be good. Avoid the Asian food. Avoid the pork dumplings, they taste like bad pizza. The noodle entrees were good. Sushi tasted like fish in the Rockies, if... More

We came here for our friends' son's birthday dinner. What a great place to eat. Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. We all ordered different dishes and shared for everyone to try. Yummy!

Although the restaurant was very busy, the wait staff was very attentive, drinks and appetizers were prompt. The neal was excellent!

By all means get the crispy rice with spicy tuna & the spicy shrimp. Those were the 2 best things we shared. The spring rolls were loaded with so much cilantro it was difficult to taste anything else. The special sushi had too much rice and not enough fish.

It's taken us several film festivals to sample the cuisine at Honga's, and we're glad we did. The restaurant combines one of Telluride's more elegant settings with a supremely creative menu. Some exotic seafood offerings like Nunavut char (flaky and delicious) share the bill with excellent standards like miso cod. The entree pricing can occasionally be non-sensical ($23 for pad... More

My first time eating at Honga's (back in 2013) was not memorable... at all. In fact, I have never eaten there since because of that . BUT.... I kept hearing of the new management and menu. All my friends kept encouraging me that things have changed for the better. So I caved and decided to take my boyfriend for his... More

Cheers to the new and improved Honga's! The simplified menu is full of tasty new dishes. A few of my favorites were the kobe beef carpaccio, the variety of oysters on the half shell and the lemon kale salad. As has always been the case, the service was impeccable. I highly recommend you give Honga’s a second (or hundredth) try... More

I really enjoyed the new menu options - just what Honga's needed! Though the space is rather large, it's inviting and intimate, and the atmosphere is welcoming and chic at the same time. The perfect spot for a leisurely meal with friends, the servers never rushed us and our group was able to enjoy great conversation. My mouth is watering... More
