We went by to try dinner, but it just didn't capture our interest. That being said, the breakfast menu looked great. Well, it's not great great, but it is quite good. The huevos rancheros was very tasty; and they make some good coffee for sure.

Our first stop when we hit town. Wow super fresh and flavorful food - huge portions. Loved the salsa bar, wished we had room for the homemade ice cream. A go back to place.

When my buddies who eat healthfully want to meet, this is our go to! Chef Lucas is beloved around town. Every ingredient is quality! As fresh, organic, and locally sourced as possible! When we had the farmers market community family dinner this is where we...More

The food was just OK, not great. I ordered the beef with scrambled eggs and a medium orange juice. We got the tourist prices and my meal was $20. There are other restaurants on Main Street that I think have better food for a better...More

There are no 'tourist prices'. There have been discussion among the Telluride business community regarding giving a 'local's price' to locals, but most disagree with this practice. Our prices reflect the quality of the ingredients that we purchase. Our eggs for example, our grown locally...More

Was looking forward to a breakfast of Huevos Rancheros, but was disappointed here. Bland breakfast - not much flavor. Nice touch though with the tortilla chip bar - baskets of chips included with meal with your choice of salsas and sour cream. Best Huevos Rancheros...More

Three of us visited this restaurant and all were very disappointed.. Our dinners had no flavor and the food was cold. There was no follow up asking how our meals were. We left without eating our meals.

We were told the restaurant makes the food fresh daily and it's the best Mexican food in town. I was impressed by the side of Avocado they gave us. We live in San Diego and avocado is expensive and restaurants are typically not generous with...More

La Cocina de Luz is a counter service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with whole foods/organic style Mexican cuisine. We also provide margaritas, beer and wine, fresh juices, full espresso/coffee service and handmade ice cream. The ambience is casual, festive and family friendly. We have a large patio with gardens and fountains that we share with Caravan middle eastern foods.
