This is a great place to meet a pal for a cup of Joe, a different breakfast, or a sandwich. Many mini meeting happen here or quick friend lunches. They do have carry out.

Stopped at The Cafe for breakfast before hitting the road after a quick overnight stop in Trinidad. The young lady who was working was very friendly and helpful. We had the egg puffs which were excellent, served with a fresh bed of mixed greens and a nice sauce. The coffee is self service and very good, the place is spotlessly... More

A tasty lunch enjoyed sitting outside in downtown Trinidad! My sandwich (open face Italian) was unique & fresh and the side salad was a good size portion. A long with a latte, my tummy was content! It is off I-25 but better than fast food junk!

Breakfast menu is not a traditional breakfast selection. Mostly wraps or quiche. But they food is very good and the place is very clean and open, and the staff are very friendly. Great downtown location.

We drove into this sweet town and could not wait to try out the sidewalk cafe - beautiful day with outdoor seating seemed perfect! Lovely wood floors and marble top tables and nice counter service in back. Specialty coffees and homemade soup. First note: lady at register seemed rushed and exasperated. Heard her tell a customer she was cleaning up... More

We stopped by for some lunch after wondering around the downtown museums and were pleased to have a lovely relaxing bite to eat. Sandwiches, muffin, smoothie and coffee were absolutely lovely, staff were friendly and the booths very comfortable. We thought it was so good we a going back for a takeout to sustain us on our trip south.

An old time dry goods store, re-imagined as a gourmet deli. Order at the counter. Table service is fast. Ask about what's new in Trinidad.

Quaint downtown area, the Cafe is in an old historic building. Great sandwiches with a fresh salad as a side.

This is the second time we've eaten here and both times was for lunch. The owner told us they have been there about 5 years. Our soup and hot sandwiches were very good both times. We did not get desserts this time but they looked yummy. We think the place has a nice ambiance with a mix of old and... More

The Café at 135 East Main St in Trinidad, Co. The Café is right in the middle of the town. We stopped in to have lunch and met the owner, Joey. She told us a little about the town and her café was as cute as it could be. Tables and booths, sitting was available inside and out. Free WiFi... More
