From the moment you exit the slopes at Mid Vale you are welcomed to shed your boots and put on some slippers from the comfortable locker room. The food was fit for foodies - and please try the chicken pot pie!

Great stop on the way down the slopes. Change into slippers before having lunch. Beautiful atmosphere and views. Food was very good. Lots of people watching. A little pricey, but it's on the mountain.

Our family of five enjoyed taking some time off of the slopes at Vail. From taking off boots and putting on slippers to the great food and service we received, the 10th was a very memorable afternoon!

I have eaten in the restaurant and it was lovely. But I mostly stop in for an upscale experience on Vail Mt. The bar area is just beautiful and the food choices are also very interesting. The outdoor deck is a nice option too on a sunny day. Most of all I ski alone often and I feel very comfortable... More

This place gets an extra star just for the cool location (at the top of the gondola). Otherwise, it's way over priced for very underwhelming food. The truffle french fries were the most delicious item on the menu. Definitely could have devoured another portion. I had the French onion soup (very thin and watered down--and not even lukewarm. very disappointing.)... More

Great lunch, reasonable prices for oh so expensive Vail. I didn't ski, but hubby wanted me to see the views. So we got a day ticket to ride the gondola at Vail Village and at Lionshead with a $20 coupon for lunch.

So impressed with the views, amazing food and very attentive wait staff. Menu has quite a variety. We will return each year that we ski at Vail. You won't be disappointed!

Still excellent after years. Have tried most of the menu and never had anything bad. Tomato/red pepper soup (heavy on the pepper flavor) very good. Papardelle, flatbreads are excellent. Good fries, burgers. Risotto is decent, crab cake sandwich a bit too heavy on bread. Ginger whipped cream makes the doughnut dessert. The flan is a bit bland, the white chocolate... More

My family and I needed to find a place to eat after skiing. We sat outside on a great winter day. The food was outstanding. We just had some soups and apps. Our server was OK, but did forget to bring a couple of items.

Terribly disappointed with service at the tenth this trip. Have travelled to vail many times and been to the tenth each trip. Service was abysmal. Our food arrived 40 minutes after ordering, water glasses left empty and only offered refills on wine at the conclusion of our meal. Ordered a salad and soup and the explanation by the very rude...
