We had a couple of good dinners at Campo di Fiori before, but now that the season is kicking in we had a rushed, not so good dinner. Out of season we had waiters that were ok, although too familiar / not so classy in a sense. This time the waiter was very polite and more professional but all the... More

First off, wow just wow! The staff here is amazing and so friendly! They make sure you never are out of water and make sure that you don't go hungry. The atmosphere is very close, the tables are close together but it works well! I like how all of the staff works together to make sure you're taken care of,... More

Hard to enjoy the really good food when the noise is deafening. Hard floors and ceilings don't allow you to talk too the other person next to you.

This place is great and lively, which means when it's busy it can get a bit loud. That said, the food is absolutely amazing and the service is fantastic. We love the carpaccio and the mussels, as well as the antipasto! For entrees the gnocchi is comfort food and the mushroom ravioli is wonderful! If you're looking for a fun... More

I eat at Camp De Fiori every time I am in Vail. Most recently I visited with my family. There were 7 of us and we made a reservation. They called the day of the reservation to confirm, which I appreciated. We had a table waiting for us. The restaurant is really pretty. The staff is attentive and friendly. We... More

My mom and I came here on a Thursday night for dinner. John our waiter and the rest of the staff was so nice and very helpful with the book of wines and the their daily specials including the rest of the meal. We had a nice upstairs with a tall ceilings and windows with the full moon. This place... More

First, the good: the wine list is expansive with many good to great Italian selections, if a little high priced even for Vail. The atmosphere is very fun and the decor is nice. Good location in Vail as well. Staff was very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. Now, the average: all of our food was good/ok. Certainly... More

We dined with friends on a very busy Saturday evening. We made reservations and were promptly seated, but as this is a popular restaurant - and it was also Restaurant Week - it was very crowded. Tables were quite close together, which while a bit cramped was more of a challenge to the wait staff to navigate the dining room.... More

Soup was a little watered down (which I had for a starter) but I had the best pappardelle ever -- great rustic dish with homemade pasta. Our waiter took great care of us and suggested a wonderful wine to pair with our dinners. The restaurant is cozy and feels homey with a local feel. I would definitely return next time... More

I have literally walked past Campo de Fiori for 18 years without noticing the place. The restaurant is located upstairs in the building just east of the German classic Alpenrose with a discreet side entrance. I had to have a local walk me to the door after wandering around the complex with Google Maps in hand. Up a narrow flight... More
