We stayed at the Westin for five days and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. My husband had the skirt steak with rajas con crema and I had the cowgirl ribeye with calabacitas. The skirt steak was incredibly salty but the rajas con crema was amazing and the highlight of our meals. My ribeye was undercooked (requested medium... More

Dinner was good. There isn't much of a menu selection. We sat at the bar before we went to our table and there were 4 or 5 people behind the bar but they more so stood together, they need to take sections of the bar and monitor - good bartenders engage the customer. I went to our table alone because... More

I have eaten in enough hotel restaurants to know that they are mostly overpriced mediocre food, with convenience being the main value. We arrived in Denver on an early flight, and were checked into our hotel very early, so we had time for breakfast that first day. My girls were in a hurry to start their dance convention so they... So Google Maps let me down here. I drove in circles around the Kachina Grill and Google kept taking me to an empty construction lot just north of where I was searching to be. I finally just parked by the ice rink and started exploring. That was a good call as I eventually found the enchanting Kachina just off the... More

We were VERY DISAPPOINTED with the Kachina Restaurant at the Westin hotel! All dinner menu items were spicy beyond belief! We are from New Mexico, and well acquainted with spicy food - which should be prepared with MILD spice for flavor, with an assortment of increasingly spicy condiments on the side. We found we could not eat most things on... More

If you like spicy, Southwestern food, it seems to be a good place. If you can't it that type of food there is a very limited selection.

The food was delicious. Try the tacos. I would drive there just to eat at this restaurant. The staff was friending and accommodating.

I had the trout which was cooked just right with a corn and pepper topping. Had the rajas crema, which had lots of flavor with just a little heat, but was very rich with the cream. Coconut flan was nicely topped with fruit, very rich and thick. Not my style but not that much of a dessert fan. Nice service,... More

We went to brunch today with friends visiting from out of town. Didn't know any places in Westminster, but this one sounded good. IT WAS GREAT. Totally worth a visit - whether you're in town for a conference, or just living nearby. Delicious food.

I ate at this restaurant twice. The first time I was not impressed. I ordered a 16$ enchilada which looked like a mess on a plate. The chicken tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. The server asked me if I'd like the chips and guacamole with it and I responded yes assuming it came with it. Come to... More

Description
Kachina-A modern Southwestern restaurant that sits comfortably close to Denver and Boulder, yet just far enough away to escape the exhaustive beat and to truly enjoy a festive gathering with friends and family.
There's nowhere better to relax and soak in the rich Southwest culture and its spirited cuisine than Kachina: an inviting oasis where you can sit by a calming Kiva fireplace on an expansive patio while looking out toward the Rockies in the distance.
Our chefs take diners on a culinary journey back to the land with grilled bison, green chile burgers, posole, Navajo tacos and more, just as the locals have done for hundreds of years.
Kachina also features an extensive wine list, local & regional brews, and creative, crafted cocktails. Let Kachina's collection of handcrafted tequilas and artisan mezcals expand your horizon.
