If you like fresh, New Haven-style pizza, this is the place to go. Not greasy, not too cheesy and only the freshest ingredients. I would choose Parma over Pepe's any day.

We stopped by Parma Pizzeria last night after a movie and were totally "wowed" by their Napolitano pizza. The crust was thin and crispy, and the sauce, which is made by the family who owns and operates this restaurant, was absolutely delicious -- great texture in the tomatoes and perfectly seasoned. This is a great place to go to before... More

Very good thin crust pizza that is also sold by the slice if you are in a hurry. Friendly owner and help.

Was going to go to J Timothy's for lunch, but decided to try this place since other business already had me in the parking lot there. I wish I hadn't. They should be ashamed to serve such poor quality food. Caprese salad was a rock hard, completely unripened tomato, hard mozzarella and balsamic salad dressing. SALAD DRESSING!! What kind of... Forget about restaurants In New Britain: only fast food. No nice pizza joint either, the nice places - burger joints - closing after 6pm. Terrible: a dead town if you want to eat something decent. Driving is the only choice if you stay downtown. Checked ParmaForget about restaurants In New Britain: only fast food. No nice pizza joint either, the... More

First of all, the pizzas are the best in town and this restaurant uses excellent ingredients ... good quality cheese and sausage, great-tasting sauce, wonderful grinder bread. The prices are "fair", but climbing in subtle ways. Smaller (or less?) sausage in grinders, skimping on other ingredients. Prices recently went up (to be expected for food over time), but the well-appreciated... More

Hi Folks. I went here for lunch for the first time. Their big thing is pizza by the slice. However, they also have a good Italian menu but you have to ask for it. (Fix This.) From their Specialty Grinders section, I chose the Italiano. It is a Breaded Chicken Cutlet with Prosciutto, Mozzarella and Ground Basil. The Basil really... More

Absolute best pie we've ever had, and we've had a lot, especially working within the pizza business myself! Ted, the owner, was a pleasure and his service was outstanding. We will be coming back frequently. Thank you!!

Parma uses fresh mozzarella and cooks the pizza the way you want it (we like it very crispy). The pies are always perfect. Too good for takeout or delivery, go there for the fresh cooked goodness!

Parma always has a few fresh options available for slices so I have a hard time choosing - crust is thin and crispy, mozzarella is fresh, as is the sauce- I have been getting slices here almost every week for a couple years and have yet to be disappointed
