My wife and I arrived during the relative calm between breakfast and lunch. We noted on the menu insert that numerous favorably priced breakfast specials are offered until 11AM that we missed by 15 minutes. Undeterred we both decided on ordering breakfast with my better half choosing scrambled eggs while I selected easy over. Both included a choice of toast,... More

Breakfast was just OK. Eggs overeasy and omelette were cook just fine, homefries were alright but a small portion. Coffee was good. Very loud atmosphere. Slightly overpriced.

We loved this diner. Food was excellent, with nice sized portions. Staff was friendly and the coffee cups were never less than half full. Prices were higher than your average diner breakfast, but worth the extra $$. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

Little too casual, yelling from behind counter to ask what we wanted. Not much attention pretty much just their personal conversations. Luckily breakfast was good!

This place has very good food don't let the small diner fool you. The home fries are really good you can tell they make their own right there, the pancakes are light and fluffy, and the coffee is good too. This place has MANY food options so come hungry. It's family friendly It's clean And the service is great.

2 years ago, I decided to try Main Street Diner with my husband. We ordered basic stuff: 1 pancake, 1 chocolate milk, 1 coffee, eggs and toast. I never think to look at the prices because breakfast is usually reasonably priced. When we got the bill, I almost lost it. $30. Plus, the food and coffee wasn't even that good.... More

I used to eat in this diner 2-3 times a week. It underwent an ownership change, got 'prettied up', and obviously, the cost got passed on to the customers. Food is nothing beyond the ordinary diner fare. Prices are nothing that will draw anyone but longtime 'regulars' who for some reason aren't willing to try someplace new (they should be... More

Make no mistake about it, when it comes to nostalgia this place has it! There aren't many authentic diners around anymore and it is great to be able to go to one that is still around. I rated this place as poor and here is why: IT IS NOT THE FOOD! The food here is phenomenal. The portions are well... More

We stopped here on a whim on our way through town and left grumpy. First, it's got one of those glossy, full-color, multi-page, chain-restaurant-style menus - not a good sign. The prices were shockingly high so my husband and I decided to pass on eating. Our kids were hungry, though, so we ordered two sandwiches: one plain-Jane, grilled cheese. (American... More
