Not disappointed! Good wholesome food, no hipster rubbish! (What's quinoa about anyway?) just good honest grub, and friendly staff, despite the language differences! 😄

Curly's has been around before memory was invented. They've held out to gentrification in downtown Stamford. When I've had it with prissy, ritzy upscale place Gorky's is the real thing. From their eggs and sausage breakfast to their Grilled Cheese and Bacon sand and meatloaf they get it right.

Hotel recommended Curly's for breakfast and when we saw it we were nervous. Once the food arrived we knew it was a great place. The kids liked the options and the food was good quality. We would go back again if in the area.

Thus is a basic American diner with a basic diner menu. Came for a quick bite before an event. Service was friendly and quick. Food came fast and was tasty. Only downside is the decor. . It is a little run down.

If you are hungry later than 10 pm, this is your place. 24 hour dinner, when most of the restaurant are closed. Good food, place very vintage, very classic dinner. The service was great and fast, also a little informal. Own by a Greek family and staff from different countries. Definitely I would recommend this dinner.

Good diner, coffee or juice come with breakfast. They have grits as option as well. Go here quite frequently. The staff is nice. and there is decent parking in their lot, but also some spaces on street with meters. Easy to get back to 95 as well.

I don't really care about the out dated decor, but I have a real issue with terrible food and even worse service. First off, don't advertise fresh made burgers when you can clearly tell they are frozen. All our burgers were also cooked wrong. Our waitress, ( who clearly) didn't want to be there, dumped our food off and took... More

Diner coffee is good. Service is casual with disinterested, sloppy appearing waitstaff. Interior is probably original since it first opened but, very clean. Basic diner breakfast but, they forgot my side of sausage. That I find annoying for such a simple order.

That's probably the best thing to say about this family run diner in downtown Stamford. Everything else is somewhat average. Breakfast was so-so. Service was prompt and friendly. They do leave you alone once you've been served. Worth another visit. And of course- they are always open.

Good service, outstanding "Comfort" food. We had breakfast and one late night dinner/breakfast. We will be back
