Arena!s has a good cheese steak. They were the only place open after a hurricane went through. Small, busy and no view sitting outside but food is good.

Happy hour is worth the visit. Three of us had drinks and sandwiches for $30.00 casual bar type atmosphere, very popular with the locals.

Lunch with girlfriend but neither of us too hungry so opted for nachos and coffee. Nachos were great and coffee good, 1.00 for refill. Coffeehouse atmosphere, weren't crowded and we weren't rushed out of there. Wait staff accommodating and leaves you alone. Will go back for lunch again and have food that usually good. Parking easy, plenty spaces

The place is fairly small. The service was a bit slow but friendly. They had a variety of unique sandwiches which we enjoyed. It was a bit strange that if you order coffee with your meal you have to pick a size. It's a self serve coffee bar in the front.

Stopped in on a weekday morning and was pleasantly greeted. This is a casual, seat-yourself kind of place. Food was good and service was fast and friendly. Would go back.

We got sandwiches and salads to take to the beach and the quality is always good. I believe I got the Californian Dude sandwich with turkey, avacado, tomatoes and sprouts. Reminds me of a sandwich at Jimmy Johns. It was perfect.

We liked it so much we went back for breakfast and coffee the next morning. The breakfast sandwiches we had were delicious. The only complaint I had was... More

We had a family lunch here after a celebration of my mothers life. The staff overheard us discussing Mom's funeral and made sure our lunch experience was Happy & light hearted. Food was excellent as was wait staff.

Wife and I were passing through and looking for something simple and new. Found Arenas coveniently located in the center circle of 5 points. Small cafe with seating for about 50. Always seemed to be full while we were there. Casual dining, offering sandwiches, crab cakes, soups, and beer. I had a Big Daddy which was turkey, roast beef, provolone,... More
