Touch of italy is one of my favorite places in Lewes. I have had many things on their menu and nothing has ever been below average. Their pizza is great and their pasta is amazing. Also a big fan of their sandwiches that have premium meats and cheeses. Also can't forget the great staff working there. Keep up the good... More

Pizza was okay, nothing special. Crispy, light but lacking cheese and sauce was bland. Desserts - overpriced and stale. Tried the cheesecake - very dry not a NY style like they say. COokies (rainbow and chocolate cream cheese), both were not moist more dried out. CReam Puff was very good. Service was very good. Limited, dark seating, even on a... More

Dear AJ - thank you for taking the time to write a review. I gotta say - really a lot easier when visiting a restaurant like ours, best to bring up any concerns while you are there. For example, it appears that you were expecting American style pizza, which is typically overloaded with sauce and cheese. I love American pizza,... More

Touch of Italy is a great, relaxed authentic Italian restaurant. The food is incredibly delicious, and ranges from traditional Italian appetizers to full dinners. The homemade pastas and sauces are consistently excellent--we've had the eggplant rollatini, chicken parm, and assorted pasta dishes and never been disappointed. The sandwiches are great as well. Good selection of wines to pair with the... More

Some of the best Italian food around. Everything is fresh and delicious. Love the meatballs and the mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto appetizers. All of the pasta dishes are great. The Italian wedding cookies and cheesecakes in the bakery are fabulous. Only down side, our waiter needed to pay a little less attention to the football game and more attention to... More

We ate dinner here our second night in town. The food was a bit salty for our taste, but enjoyable. Probably better for lunch than dinner.

Came here with friends. The three of us shared a pizza with prosciutto and a seafood pasta dish. The food was superb. We also saw people sharing the 'family-style dinner' with large portions of meatballs and such. That is on my list to try next. I will definitely come back to this place. We all enjoyed the food very much.

Celebrating a belated Birthday (worked on Birthday 10/30 and yesterday was Halloween). We have been looking to try one of the Touch of Italy Restaurants and enjoy Lewes, so this was a perfect combination. Dinning early, after season and midweek is wonderful, with fewer tourist, and other customers, in general, you are not rushed and often have time to interact... More

My husband and I were in Lewes with friends on Saturday, and one of our friends could not stop raving about Touch of Italy. So, we ate lunch there and all enjoyed it very much. I'm from Northern New Jersey and so I'm always on the hunt for restaurants that serve really good Italian food - and I was glad... More

Touch of Italy was born out of two Italian family traditions that trace back to the late 1800's. These two families trace their roots to the beautiful Marche and Abruzzo regions in Central Italy, where one can find rich cultural traditions and recipes passed down from generation to generation. Touch of Italy first opened in the fall of 2010 in Lewes, Delaware and proudly runs five locations in Ocean City, Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, serving fresh items like handmade mozzarella cheese, pasta, pizza, cookies and crispy bread, as well as high quality imported items from Italy. Touch of Italy is proud to bring the Italian tradition to costal Delaware and Maryland, and pay tribute to our ancestors, who imparted to us a love of food and family.
