4 of us arrived at 6 on Saturday night to find a moderate line. Took about 20 minutes to be seated, not bad. We then sat an additional 20 minutes waiting for a waitperson. Not a happy person. Told us short handed. Took ridiculously long...More

I used to come here 15 years ago with family and really enjoyed delicious dinners. I’ve tasted the decline and last week’s visit was probably my last. Now a lot of their food tastes like it was prepared elseware, frozen, and reheated. The blintzes were...More

TooJay's is great. Not 100% consistent. But very good. The soups are the best. Chopped liver and stuffed cabbage are great. Pastrami and corned beef could go either way.

Came with 2 of my friends (were all 21) and it’s very depressing eating at TooJays because you never know if everyone eating there will be alive at the end of the meal. But we’ve known this for years and has great deli meat and...More

My folks and I wanted a nice sit down lunch. My mother suggested TooJay's on Yamato Road. There's a fantastic bakery inside as well as a large dining room, booths and tables. Lots of space. Several TVs throughout. I originally was going to go with...More

Ordered the shepherds pie which looked wonderful from the picture in the menu. Not so in real time. The dish consisted of mostly potato's, very little veggies and less beef, this should have been listed as a side dish of mashed potato.More
