This little hole in the wall restaurant is an unpretentious example of fusion cuisine. It has Italian food done with Cuban flair as well as excellent Cuban food. The portions are good, and the prices are fair. There are a number of daily specials , as well as pizza every day at lunch. Give it a try for something different! The... More

We have stopped by CubaItalia twice for takeaway lunch. Today's special (we've had pork fricassee and slow roasted pork) and cuban sandwich both offer good value for money. Well worth a visit if you are looking for a well cooked meal at a good price.

It's a small place, 4-5 tables and a small bar. I asked "what's for lunch" and they suggested Rabo Encendido -- Oxtail Stew. It came with a choice of white or yellow rice, and beans or plantains. It was superb. Fall-off-the-bone tendered with layer after layer of flavor. Talking with the owner, Roger, he said he makes a special for... More

I drive by this place almost every day so I dropped in to get lunch the counter was very sticky and the small dining area needed a good cleaning so we ordered two Cuban sandwiches to go the bread was stale and the small amount of pork that was in it was more fat that meat

If you're allergic to awesome this is not the restaurant for you. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was excellent, the bread was freshly baked came out warm and toasty. This is the kind of place that I could see coming back several times a week

Located in a little strip mall, very small restaurant with 3 or 4 tables and a bar sitting area. Eat in or take out. Very reasonable prices. Food was no frills good home cooking. They do serve beer and I think wine. Coronas were $3. We had a steak special and a roast pork dinner, both came with choice of... More

Tiny spot on 47th ter. Off the beaten path but worth seeking out. We went for breakfast, but we're drooling at some of the lunch/ dinner offerings, although I wish they had vacation frita....my favorite. Place is quite small and unassuming.......but if you are from So Fla ( or any metro area quite frankly, ). you will feel at home.... More

I picked up takeout while on vacation. We had the roasted chicken, plaintains, black beans and Cuban sandwich. Everything was fresh and tasty. The two meals were less than $15. The flan was really good too. Keep in mind, you are not paying for ambiance.
