Annie's has been around forever: and it shows. If a basic cheap breakfast is what you want, you'll be satisfied. Place is a bit tired and can be noisy. Food is OK but nothing to brag about. Has seen better days in years past.

We tried the 1-2-3 soecial with oancakes, eggs and bacon. Highly recommended and when they say it's a good-sized pancake they REALLY mean it. Highly recommended!

Both visits have been great. Very happy folks serving great breakfast to a LOT of people. They got us in and out quick with a full belly.

Little hole in the wall restaurant in Cape Coral that was recommended to us! I now understand why it was so busy! Very good omelettes! Large enough to bring some home for left overs. Great value and lots of options. My french toast was a bit cool, but was tasty. Great value and service! Will definitely come back here.

We spent 6 days in Cape Coral for Christmas and on the high number of recommendations on trip advisor went to Annie's for a late morning brunch. The place was very busy (a good sign in my book) and we were shown to a table very quickly, closely followed by fresh coffee whilst we made our choices. Three of us... More

We went there for breakfast. Nothing special about the omelet, it was big and had no taste, hash browns were soggy and undercooked. Service was so-so. We expected better all the way around because of the good reviews but it wasn't.

This is a local gem for people that live in Cape Coral. I almost don't want people to know about it because there's always a line to get in . The food is terrific they have the best pecan waffles and giant pancakes It's very small and intimate with mix matched coffee cups. There is art hung on the walls... More

I ordered what is called the piggy omlet which is bacon, sausage and ham. The waitress asked asked if I wanted the mini one but of course I said no. Bad move about half way thru I had to quit. The man at the next table got the mini one and when I saw it I knew it would have... More
