If you want a true Spanish experience, go to the Columbia. the original is in Tampa but you don't need to drive there. It can get very busy and reservations are encouraged. All the meals are excellent. If you don't understand a dish, just ask. there is also a nice little gift shop. Have fun.

Our family part of 14 was taken care of very nicely. The brought out cuban bread to munch on and the dinner was very good. You can get a pitcher of Sangria (I prefer the white) that can serve three glasses. They make it table side. They also have a nice house salad that is prepared table side as well.... More

The best Cuban food ever from this historic restaurant in Celebration, FL where I first discovered the Columbia although they are very famous for their original location outside of downtown Tampa, FL in Ybor City.

four of us dined as a walk in on a Sunday evening, waiter and serving staff were excellent as always and the drinks were great - the mojito prepared at the table was not to be sampled by anyone driving - but as we were using Uber ..... then 2 jugs were required! When the starters were delivered quickly, 3... More

I just returned from Cuba and was encouraged to visit Columbia's for "real Cuban" food! Seems years if low income households has brought about a change to traditional foods in Cuba. My meal, half of a 1905 salad & 1/2 Cuban sandwich, was off the charts amazing! Had to buy the dressing it was so good.

This is a fantastic family owned restaurant. Dishes on the menu are credited to family members of previous generations. The food is fantastic, very traditional and extremely varied. We started every meal with a choice of Tapas to share, which was all fantastic. The mani courses provided so much to choose from. Extensive fish and meat dishes with a few... More

I went to the Columbia today with friends. This was my first trip there, as well as my first time at a Cuban/Spanish restaurant. It is a beautiful restaurant in a lovely city (Celebration, FL). The food was excellent, as well as the service. This is a place that you must go for an awesome dining experience!

This is a wonderful restaurant. If you want to but a really nice meal, go here. If you are just hungry go somewhere else. The atmosphere is Spanish Florida. The waiters take the time to go over the wine list and menu because they want you to have a great experience. Salads are tossed tableside. Bitrthday wishes may be delivered... More

Description
Family-owned and operated for more than 111 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Filet Mignon "Columbia," and fresh seafood specialties. Don't miss Columbia's Original "1905" Salad(R), prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Torres, Montecillo or Campillo. Relax outdoors in our cafe or courtyard, or inside our Tapas Bar or Mediterranean-style dining rooms filled with hand-painted tiles and family heirlooms. Casual attire is fine, but we don't allow sleeveless shirts on men. We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.
