Lunch time came and we checked out several restaurants in Cocoa Village but decided to go to Lazy Bean Coffee Company, which was near where our car was parked. Had a wonderful honey ham and provolone sandwich freshly made. The wheat bread was so fresh I thought it had just been baked. Enjoyed it very much!

If you decide to walk the cocoa village area, cross the street and go to the Lazy Bean to grab a coffee. The coffee is high-quality and the service is tops. Friendly staff. It can get busy at times but it's worth the wait.

A nice quiet place to enjoy a good cuppa. The staff is attentive and friendly. Not a fancy place, but again, good coffee

I was by myself but felt completely comfortable. Great upstairs and great Internet. Iced blueberry coffee and great soups!

Stopped in for a mid-week lunch and had a nice chicken salad sandwich with a crunchy pickle. They ground and brewed us some fresh dark roast voffrr. Super friendly staff and great location near "old town" which has some fun shops-or stop in on your way to the Beach!

Wonderful little place in Cocoa and the owner is as awesome as the coffee. Super friendly and very knowledgable. She will brew whatever of her large selection of roasts she has on premise and be happy to tell you all about what she's brewing for you. I've also had a few of their breakfast sandwiches and they are delicious! Overall... More

Sweet, warm and welcoming Owners and staff. GREAT coffee. Tons of flavors, they use real stuff as much as possible. If you're in Cocoa Village looking for coffee, this is the place.

Don't drive past this oasis on King Street just north of Cocoa Village. The service is excellent and so is the food and drinks.
