Good food....slow service. Don't go there if you are on a lunch hour! Otherwise, ok! Only open for breakfast and lunch

I'm aware that there are many wonderful reviews for this place but if you are looking for better food than you would get at a Denny's then do not bother with this place. We went for breakfast, my son was not feeling great so just ordered the "seasonal fruit bowl". It was not listed as a side dish so we... More

Great place for breakfast all the usual favourites. Make sure to also try Ms. Carolyn's pancakes-delicious. Be prepared to wait on some days, but the line moves quickly. Ask for a menu while you wait to help speed up process. Great selection of homemade desserts ( try the key lime pie).

Went for breakfast - was well taken care of. Seems to be made from scratch. Liked the biscuits & gravy. Otherwise - only small issues.

I read the reviews for this place and thought we would give it a try. I didn't make it for breakfast so we decided to try lunch. I was first shocked at the poor side choices...no fries...really! They offer a hamburger on the menu but no fries. So I decided to order the hamburger with a side salad. Salad was... More

For a big meal at a lower cost and wonderful food, go to Ms. Carolyn's. We stopped there for breakfast and the pancakes, eggs and omelette sweet terrific!

Truly where the locals go! I'm a huge fan of breakfast joints all over the world. But I must say, Fernandina has a true gem of a local joint in breakfast with Ms. Carolyn's. I've had the crab Benedict, Frank's egg white Omlet and the Veggie Omlet with Feta cheese and every bite is thrilling! My favorite part about choosing... More

Quick service, decent food. A nice, easy place for a quick bite, always quite busy. Had lunch there one day, breakfast the following morning. No disappointments, nothing outstanding. Give it a try.

We love the breakfast options - a multitude of egg dishes and numerous pancake selections but I keep coming back for the grits - which are some of the best ever. Apparently everyone knows how awesome this place is because it is a mob scene on weekends. If you can go during the week, it is calm quiet breakfast oasis.... More

We enjoyed the Lumberjack and the eggs and grits. Eggs and grits were outstanding. Coffee was restaurant-average, meaning drinkable but not choice. Free refills and hefty ceramic mugs improved the experience. Bacon and sausage were well-cooked but served barely warm. Servers were very busy but took time to be welcoming. A friendly place and pleasant experience. Will recommend to friends.
