Besides the waitress seeming a lil "off" like she was on some type of white drug.... The food was actually excellent. Ordered burritos and chimichangas, and a few drinks. Chips, salsa and queso was great as well. Def a must try if you like authentic Mexican food.

I love this place! My girlfriends and I go once a month for our GNO. Great Tuesday drink specials, cheap tacos, and the best view....right on the water!

Great location! Price very reasonable. I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. The place was popping. I requested a table outside to enjoy the beach view. I ordered a jalapeno margarita and chicken empanadas!! OMG delicious!!!!!!! The waiter was very kind and helpful as far as the menu goes and also I had asked him about what stores... More

Wanted some fun seafood with a view of the beach. On the beach if we could find it. We had the Mahi Tacos and there were great. Salsa was good and they were generous about refills. Do it again

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. We were the first people in the restaurant and within 30 minutes the place was full. The menu is limited to Spanish dishes. The specialty drinks, especially the Margaritas, are excellent. The chips and salsa were excellent. The main courses were plentiful and delicious. The service was prompt and courteous. Of course... We ordered their typical American-style Mexican. They had the garage-style doors open so you could see the beach, but it was quite cold that day. Pigeons were every walking about the floor too, so it was not so sanitary. Plus the table was made of slats, so the queso dripped onto my pants -- not much thought went into that... More

Clearly kicking back on their location and slacking with everything else. Location is awesome to sit and, drink, eat and watch the world go by. Service absolutely sucks!! Food was good but not good enough to warrant a better rating. The place (on a beautiful Saturday afternoon) was 3/4 full with plenty of staff. Took forever to order the first... More

We stopped here last week while on vacation for lunch. Was not crowded but busy. Food and service were great! We had mahi-mahi taco and beef taco with side of beans and rice. Food was fresh and well prepared. We sat on the porch outback and watch the surfing and ocean. Nice lunch spot! I would go back.

This place can be really busy, so either go at an off time or plan to wait for a bit, especially on a weekend or during good weather. The staff were all great: knowledgeable and friendly. We've been a few times while visiting Jax and tried several drinks. They were all good. The burritos are HUGE. think about sharing one,... More

We were searching for a lunch spot on the beach so we could enjoy the outdoors which this place has, nice bar atmosphere and all. Being from a place where Mexican food is aplenty this place disappoints. No real substance and the tacos I had were not great just ok. Would not go back unless it's was drinks and apps.
